The favourite's odds are usually lower. For example — a decimal odds of 1.80 on Team B winning means a ৳1,000 stake returns ৳1,800 if they win (profit ৳800). This is 4/5 in fractional and -125 in American. A negative American odds means that amount staked earns ৳100 profit.
Once you are used to reading odds, the match winner market in limited-overs cricket will feel straightforward too. Cricket generally has no draw, so you choose between two outcomes. For example: Team A 1.80, Team B 2.00 — a ৳1,000 stake on Team B returns ৳2,000 if they win (profit ৳1,000); if Team A wins, ৳1,000 is lost.
Bet Slip — Single and Multi Bet
Clicking on a market automatically adds it to the bet slip. If the slip has one market, it is a single bet. Entering a stake here shows the potential return.
Adding multiple markets creates a multi bet (parlay). In a multi bet, all odds are multiplied to get the total odds. Example: three selections — odds 1.60, 1.80 and 1.90. Total odds 1.60 × 1.80 × 1.90 = 5.47 (approx). A ৳100 stake returns ৳547 if all three win. But if even one loses, the full ৳100 is lost.
Multi bets offer the chance of higher returns but also carry higher risk. New bettors are better off starting with single bets to gain experience. Set a budget and stay within it — betting is for entertainment, not as a source of income.
Before confirming a bet, check once — that the market name, odds and stake amount are correct. Once confirmed, the bet cannot be changed.
