Section 1

Introduction and Acceptance

By accessing the tp platform or creating an account, you are considered to have accepted all of the following terms.

1.1 General Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") define the legal relationship between you and tp regarding your use of the tp platform and all its services. When you access the platform, register an account, or use any service, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

These Terms may change from time to time. Continuing to use the platform after updated Terms are published means you have accepted those changes. For more information about tp, you can read our About Us page.

1.2 Scope of Application

These Terms apply to the following:

All versions of the tp website and mobile application
Sports betting, casino games, live casino, and all other gaming services
All transactions related to deposits, withdrawals, and payments
Bonuses, promotions, and the VIP program
Communication through customer service and support channels

Section 2

Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use any gaming or betting service on tp, you must be at least 21 years old. Use of the platform by anyone under this age is strictly prohibited. tp may request documents to verify age and reserves the right to suspend an account if age cannot be confirmed.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may create only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same name, or using the same device, IP address, or payment method, is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will result in all accounts being closed, and any bonuses earned may be forfeited.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

At the time of registration, you are required to provide complete, truthful, and accurate information. Providing incorrect or false details regarding your name, date of birth, mobile number, or payment information may result in your account being closed. Contact the support team to update any information.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Allowing any third party to use your account is prohibited. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify support immediately.

Deposit and Withdrawal Terms

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Deposits on tp can be made using bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other major banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The maximum deposit limit depends on the account's verification level.

The minimum amount for all deposit methods is ৳100.
Deposits are generally credited to the account quickly after completion.
Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
Using the correct reference number at the time of deposit is mandatory.

3.2 Withdrawal Methods and Processing Time

The same methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer — can be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests generally take 5–30 minutes to process.

Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
To withdraw bonus funds, the applicable wagering requirement must be met.
If unusual activity is suspected, tp may request additional documents for verification.

3.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on tp are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Transactions in any other currency are not currently supported. Transactions via cryptocurrency or digital tokens are strictly prohibited.

Bonus and Promotional Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. To receive this bonus, the wagering requirement must be met — the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times. Example: A ৳1,000 deposit gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000; before withdrawing, ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 in bets must be completed.

4.2 Weekly and Special Bonuses

Various promotions are available for regular members, each with its own terms:

tp Weekly Reload Bonus: 20% of deposit, up to ৳5,000; wagering 18x; minimum deposit ৳100.
tp Slot Festival Bonus: 30% of deposit, up to ৳8,000; applicable to slot games only; wagering 20x.
tp Live Table Special: 25% of deposit, up to ৳6,000; applicable to the live casino section; wagering 22x.
tp Birthday Reward: Up to ৳2,000, wagering 15x; for verified accounts.
tp Refer a Friend: Up to ৳1,500 per successful referral, wagering 12x.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

Read the applicable terms carefully before claiming a bonus.
Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time — the next bonus can only be claimed after the wagering on the current one is complete.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; only winnings earned after meeting the wagering requirement can be withdrawn.
Any dispute regarding a bonus must be reported to support within 72 hours.
tp reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

VIP Program and Cashback Policy

5.1 VIP Levels

tp's VIP program has three levels: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Members can move up to a higher level based on active participation. Each level comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
Silver: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
Gold: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

5.2 Cashback Calculation Method

Weekly cashback is calculated at the applicable rate on that week's net loss (total losses minus total wins). Example: A Silver member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 in cashback. Cashback is automatically credited to the account every Monday.

5.3 VIP Benefit Terms

Activity over a specific period is considered when determining VIP level.
VIP level may change due to inactivity.
If misuse of cashback benefits is detected, the account may be cancelled.
Any changes to VIP terms will be communicated in advance.

Section 6

Prohibited Activities

6.1 Unauthorised Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tp platform:

Betting or gaming using automated software, bots, or scripts.
Gaining artificial advantages by abusing bonuses or promotions.
Claiming the same promotion multiple times through multiple accounts.
Money laundering or conducting suspicious financial transactions.
Exploiting technical errors on the platform to gain unfair advantages.
Collecting other members' account information or defrauding them.
Impersonating a tp employee or representative.

Any of the above violations will result in the permanent closure of the account, and associated funds may be forfeited.

6.2 Failed Transactions and Technical Errors

If a technical error results in an incorrectly displayed balance, incorrect odds, or an unauthorised amount being credited, tp reserves the right to void that transaction. The correct balance will be restored in such cases. It is the member's responsibility to notify support immediately upon noticing any error.

Data Retention and Privacy

7.1 Use of Personal Information

7.2 Cookies and Tracking

Cookies are used on the tp website and app to improve user experience. By using the platform, you consent to the use of cookies. More information about cookies can be found in the Privacy Policy.

7.3 Data Sharing

Except where required by law, tp never sells or transfers your personal information to third parties. However, limited information may be shared with selected partners for payment processing and fraud prevention purposes. Details are stated in the Privacy Policy.

Responsible Gaming

8.1 Responsible Gaming Commitment

tp believes gaming is a form of entertainment and should never be seen as a source of income. tp is committed to supporting the wellbeing and financial safety of platform users. All self-control tools and guidelines are available in our Responsible Gaming section.

8.2 Limit-Setting Features

Members can set their own gaming limits:

Deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly)
Betting limits
Session time limits
Self-exclusion (a temporary break from the account)

Contact the support team to set these limits. Use of this platform by anyone under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited.

8.3 Identifying Problematic Gaming

If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life or your family's life, seek help without delay. tp will arrange to suspend or close the account if needed, and will provide information on professional support organisations.

Section 9

Account Closure and Dispute Resolution

9.1 Account Closure at Member's Request

Any member may request to close their account at any time. Before submitting a closure request, all active bets must be settled and any remaining balance must be withdrawn. Once an account is closed, re-registration with that username will not be possible.

9.2 Account Suspension or Cancellation by tp

tp may suspend or cancel an account at any time without notice in the following cases:

Violation of any provision of these Terms
Suspicion of fraud or money laundering
Providing false or misleading information
Violation of age requirements
Operating multiple accounts

9.3 Complaints & Disputes

Section 10

Disclaimers & Limitations

10.1 Service Guarantee

tp makes every effort to ensure uninterrupted service, but temporary outages may occur due to technical maintenance, server upgrades, or unforeseen circumstances. tp bears no liability for compensation in the event of such outages.

10.2 Third-Party Liability

tp is not directly responsible for the operations of third parties (game providers, payment processors, etc.) running games on the tp platform. However, if any issue arises, tp will contact the relevant party on behalf of its members.

10.3 Bet & Game Results

All betting and gaming results are determined by a random number generator (RNG) or live events. tp does not guarantee any specific outcome. There is financial risk in betting and gaming, and members bear the possibility of financial loss themselves.

Section 11

Miscellaneous & Final Provisions

11.1 Severability

If any clause of these terms is found to be unenforceable for any reason, the remaining clauses will remain fully in effect. A breach of one clause will not be considered a waiver of rights under any other clause.

11.2 Entire Agreement

These terms, together with the attached Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, constitute the entire agreement between the member and tp. Any prior oral or written discussions outside of these terms will not be considered.

11.3 Changes to Terms

tp reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified by email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
